My Work

I looked at artists such as Mia Pearlman, the shapes of Manchester's architecture from photos I took around the city and also Manchester weather for my main inspiration. I wanted to create a piece that could hang in the new building. Wasn't too sure about working in 3D but I wanted to create movement in this so I stenciled out lots of lines and shapes and overlapped them which gave some interesting shadows
